Detail Itinerary

AM: You will be welcomed at Da Nang International Airport for a flight arriving around midday and having a delicious lunch at a local restaurant in Da Nang.
For tourists who can’t walk much, you can stay on a cruise, chilling out with beautiful scenery on sundeck.
PM: On the highway to Hue, you will cross through Hai Van Pass. Here, take advantage to start from the window and admire one of the most impressive coastal roads in the world. You can witness the panoramic view from the pass with Da Nang City, Lang Co Beach – one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, and a fishing village at Cau Hai Lagoon. Check into a hotel and have dinner with Hue traditional cuisine at a restaurant. Free to enjoy Hue's local nightlife.

AM: Have breakfast at the hotel and start a journey for half a day around Hue City with must-see attractions in the city. Take a boat trip along the poetic Perfume River to visit Thien Mu Pagoda. On the way, take advantage of the beautiful scenery and observe the locals' daily activities on both river banks. Arrived at Thien Mu, the oldest pagoda in the city, and admired its ancient architecture and serene atmosphere with a lotus lake and green tree-lined garden.
Continue the trip with a visit to the Imperial City, where the Nguyen Dynasty’s Emperor, the last feudal dynasty of Vietnam, and the royal family worked and lived from 1802 to 1945. Step back into the vivid bygone area to explore the existing buildings with sophisticated architecture, including Noon Gate, Thai Hoa Palace, Purple Forbidden City, royal garden, and more.
Free shopping at Dong Ba Market – the biggest market in Hue. Visit here is an ideal way to gain insights into the daily life of local people. The market sells a lot of local specialties and souvenirs, so grab a chance to buy some authentic Hue gifts for your loved ones. Have a lavish lunch at a local restaurant. Take a short break before continuing the afternoon itinerary.
PM: Visit Minh Mang Tomb, the most exquisite and unique mausoleum in Hue's complex of royal tombs. This is the tomb of the 12th King of the Nguyen Dynasty. The tomb is famous for its blend of Eastern art and Western design.
Leave Hue City for Hoi An through the Hai Van Tunnel. Check-in at the hotel on arrival. Have dinner at the restaurant and explore Hoi An's charming beauty by night. Walk in the ancient street, buy candle-lit paper lanterns, and float them down on the Hoai River. You also have a chance to visit the night market, enjoy the sparkling lanterns, and buy some handmade souvenirs for your loved ones.

AM: Have breakfast at the hotel. Visit the Bay Mau Coconut Forest and have a row-basket boat to enjoy the tranquil scenery. Here, you can experience the “Basket boat dance”. Hold your basket boat tightly and enjoy the special dance to the fullest. Also, you can experience the fishing field crab. Next, travel to Thanh Ha Pottery Village, which is rich in pottery products, and have a chance to make your products under the instruction of local artisans.
Go boating along Thu Bon River back to Hoi An Ancient Town and take a walking tour to explore this UNESCO Heritage Site, including old houses, assembly houses, museums, and local markets. Participate in a lantern-making workshop to be given instructions on making a traditional lantern and learn to make your product. Have lunch at a local restaurant. Take a short break before continuing to the next spot.
PM: Say goodbye to Hoi An Ancient Town. AM: Have breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Son Tra Peninsula and visit Linh Ung Pagoda, Vietnam's biggest Lady Buddha Statue. From the mountain, you can see the whole Da Nang beach in your eyes with spectacular views. The Wonderful Journey to Central Vietnam!!

I would say that this is the best tour I have ever experienced in Vietnam, from customer service and hotel to the best itinerary. I also love the guide, Mr. Bobby. He was very friendly, and knowledgeable and supported us all the tour. Thanks VM for making our time in Vietnam memorable!
