Your guide will meet you at the hotel and provide a brief overview of the tour, including safety tips and what to expect.First Stop: Visit the local market (Dong Ba market)
On the way to the market, you will have a chance to cross the Truong Tien Bridge, a beautiful and historic bridge. Admire the charming beauty of the poetic Huong River, has created a special symbol of Hue City.
Begin the food tour with a visit to a bustling local market. Here, you'll experience the vibrant atmosphere of Hue's daily life. Your guide will introduce you to various fresh ingredients commonly used in Hue's cuisine, and you might even get to taste some specialists here. You can buy something as souvenir for friends or family.
Second Stop: Hue's Cakes
Head to a local restaurant known for its traditional rice cakes, "bánh bèo" (steamed rice cakes topped with dried shrimp), "Banh Loc" (filtered tapioca dumplings) and "Banh Nam" (flat rice dumplings filled with minced shrimp and pork).
