Half-day Hué We thoroughly enjoyed our half-day tour of the Imperial Palace complex and Tịnh Tâm Lake, and especially our travel by cyclos. Long, our guide, spoke excellent English and was quite knowledgeable on the local history. The Imperial Palace grounds are extensive and beautiful, with impressive interior and exterior sights. We highly recommend Long and this tour.

Great help from Mr Man, our driver Mr Man took us from Hue to Hoi An today at 9:00 by a seven seater Mitsubishi. I must say that he did a fantastic job as my wife was suffering from travel sickness. Mr Man managed to stop at a gas station and found some bags from a shop that my wife needed to throw up. He also had some medicine with him that he shared with us. Thanks to Mr Man, my wife’s suffering was minimized.

5/5 last minute experience We booked a private charter van through VM travel while traveling the Vietnam coast by cruise ship. We were provided a generic itinerary hitting the highlights of Hue but the company was very flexible and allowed us to adjust it to our liking. Our driver was Loc, a Hue native, very knowledgeable of the local history, and spoke great English. He was easy to reach via WhatsApp and provided clear instructions for where he would be outside the cruise gates at Chan May. Loc not only took us to the locations in our modified itinerary, but also recommended some great local restaurants and coffee shops along the way. Overall 5/5. Company confirmed the last minute booking quickly and the driver was amazing!

A great experience to learn about Vietnam war history We did the full day DMZ tour our guide was Ms Thach who was very knowledgeable & spoke excellent English. It is an excellent tour to learn about Vietnamese American war history. We had a private car with Mr Vu as our driver & he drove safely & didn’t speed or take risks. We also enjoyed travelling out in the countryside to see the sights.

Tour from Hue to Hoi An Our driver Truong was great, driving carefully and secure. He shiwed us all great spots and stopped whenever there was a good place to take pictures. Amazing experience Hoi An tour with VM travels We booked our 1 day private tour from Da Nang to Hoi An with Ms Pansy of VM Travel. It was a wonderful experience as she answered all our queries and concerns. The english speaking tour guide we got Mr.Sinh was amazing. He has a great ability to connect with people of different cultures and is very friendly and resourceful. We had requested Vegan lunch to be arranged and it was done wonderfully. The customer service we experienced from VM Travels- especially Mr.Sinh and Pansy is unmatched. Keep up the good work. Though we booked once again a private tour with VMTravels in Hanoi as well. But the customer service we found bit lacking there. Anyway, not all days are the same. We would not hesitate in recommending VM Travels to others especially from India to try it out when visiting Vietnam

City Tour - Bobby wqs the BEST guide ever!!!! My tour didn’t start off so well. I was given a pick up time of 7:50-8.00 It wasn’t until I messaged them at 8:05 that they apologised and said the driver was coming at 8:30 as they had ‘problems with a guest’ - to be honest I think they just forgot about me as I booked Last minute. Anyway. I’m still giving this five stars due to the tour guide Bobby. He was the best guide I had in 2 months in Vietnam. He’s English was only about 85% (normal for Vietnam) but was was so passionate about Hue and clearly loves his job and meeting people. He really made the day and the whole entire group loved him. The tour was excellent. Wet varied. The lunch was exceptional. Before we ate I googled it and it had a very good rating of 4.7 so I was Confident to eat all the different types of food - with consequences if you know what I mean. At the end of the tour, Bobby didn’t once ask for people to review him on trip advisor, which was becoming so tiresome and sometimes aggressive in previous tours. So yes, a REALLY bad start to the tour, but Bobby salvaged it and made it into a brilliant day. Thank Bobby !
